Yes. Both platforms permit virtually staged images, provided they are disclosed as digitally enhanced where required by REA guidelines. We recommend including a brief note in your listing description. This is standard practice and protects both you and the vendor.

What's the difference between virtual staging and virtual decluttering?

Virtual staging adds furniture and décor to an empty space. Virtual decluttering removes items from an occupied room by clearing surfaces, removing personal belongings, or tidying a space digitally to present it in its best light. We offer both, and they can be combined for tenanted properties.

Can you match a specific interior style?

Yes. We'll discuss the target buyer demographic and the style of the home before we begin, and tailor the staging accordingly. A contemporary townhouse in Takapuna calls for a different look than a family home in Titirangi.

How many rooms can be staged per listing?

As many as you need. Most listings stage the living area, master bedroom, and dining space as a minimum. Add-ons like studies, second bedrooms, and outdoor areas are available.

What if I already have existing listing photos taken by another photographer?
