We work with Real Estate Agents and sellers in the main land Auckland Area.
We offer aerial and ground Real Estate Photography, Floor Plans, Walk through videos, and agent photos.
We turn around edited photos and 2D Floor Plans within 24 hours of our photo sessions. And, we typically turnaround walkthrough videos and 3D Floor Plans within 3 days.
We use High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography and editing techniques for real estate photo shoots. For every image we deliver, we take three photos and hand blend the pictures together. This produces images with a wide range of light and colour to replicate what our eyes see. We avoid using flashes as these can often look unnatural and inauthentic.
Most of our customers buy an 'Essentials' listing package. This includes a standard 2D floor plan and a collection of ground and aerial photos. We charge between $348 and $458 for this package, depending on the size of the home. See here for a full list of our services, pricing, and listing packages.
No limits. Whether you are marketing a property or your own real estate brand, we want you to put your best foot forward. That's why we encourage our customers to use our photos, videos, and floor plans for any marketing purposes. This includes using our files across brochures, newspapers, social media, etc.
The easiest way to book a real estate photo session is through the 'client portal' in the top right navigation menu. Here, you can select the services you want, the address of the property, and the time that suits you. You can also book over the phone by calling +64 21 0236 9444 if you prefer.
Generally, we recommend that vendors prepare for a photo shoot by:
Decluttering surfaces like tables, countertops, and benches.
Organising closets and storage areas where possible.
Addressing minor repairs, and ensuring all lights are operational.
Removing cobwebs from walls, corners, lamp shades, and light fixtures.
Cleaning grime from corners, surfaces, and windows
Vacuuming inside and sweeping the outside areas and footpaths.
