We offer aerial and ground Real Estate Photography, Floor Plans, Walk through videos, and agent branded content (like portrait photos, videos, podcasts, etc).

We turn around edited photos and 2D Floor Plans within 24 hours of our photo sessions. And, we typically turnaround walkthrough videos and 3D Floor Plans within 3 days.

We use High Dynamic Range (HDR) photography and editing techniques for real estate photo shoots. For every image we deliver, we take three photos and hand blend the pictures together. This produces images with a wide range of light and colour to replicate what our eyes see. We avoid using flashes as these can often look unnatural and inauthentic.

Our 'Essentials' listing package includes ground and aerial photos + a 2D Floor Plan and ranges between $505 to $597 (including GST) depending on the size of the home.

Most of our customers buy an 'Premium' listing package which includes everything in the essential package + a property walkthrough video and virtual twilight edit. This ranges between $824 and $1,016 (including GST).

For the cream of the crop, we offer a 'Luxury' listing package. This includes everything in the premium package + Dusk Images, a vertical social media reel video and a 3D Floor Plan. See here for a full list of our services, pricing, and listing packages.

No limits. Whether you are marketing a property or your own real estate brand, we want you to put your best foot forward. That's why we encourage our customers to use our photos, videos, and floor plans for any marketing purposes. This includes using our files across brochures, newspapers, social media, etc.

Generally, we recommend that vendors prepare for a photo shoot by:

Decluttering surfaces like tables, countertops, and benches.

Organising closets and storage areas where possible.

Addressing minor repairs, and ensuring all lights are operational.

Removing cobwebs from walls, corners, lamp shades, and light fixtures.

Cleaning grime from corners, surfaces, and windows

Vacuuming inside and sweeping the outside areas and footpaths.

We get it. Vendors need more time. Schedules shift. And, Auckland's weather is unpredictable. That's why we don't charge for travel time or rescheduled appointments.

A virtual twilight edit in real estate photography is a digital process where a standard daytime photo of a property is transformed to appear as if it was taken at dusk or twilight. This enhances the photo by simulating a dramatic sky, warm lighting, and glowing features, giving listings a more luxurious and inviting appearance without needing to schedule actual evening shoots.

We don't price our packages using confusing square-meter calculations or by number of photos. Instead, we offer straightforward packages that real estate agents and vendors can understand at a glance. We price by bedrooms—small homes (3 or fewer) and large homes (4 or more).

All our prices include GST making our offering ready to present to your vendors.

A horizontal property walkthrough video is typically a wide-format (landscape) cinematic tour of a property, providing immersive, in-depth views of rooms and layouts—ideal for desktop platforms like YouTube, offering a comprehensive sense of space and flow. In contrast, a vertical social media reel is a portrait-format, short-form, mobile-first video optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook Stories, focusing on quick highlights, fast-paced edits, and engaging visual snippets suitable for on-the-go viewers.
