PRICING FACTORS
Three things drive almost every property media quote in Auckland — how big the home is, what makes it special, and how it's presented on shoot day. Here's how each one shapes the number you'll see on screen.
Every package is priced across three tiers — small apartments (1–2 bedrooms), homes with up to three bedrooms, and larger homes with four or more. Bigger homes take longer to photograph and produce more final images, so the tier is the single biggest factor in your price. That's why the calculator asks about bedrooms before anything else.
A waterfront outlook, a pool, or an entertainer's deck changes how a property should be marketed — buyers respond to lifestyle, and video and golden-hour dusk photography communicate it in ways photos alone can't. If your property has a genuine wow factor, expect the calculator to recommend the package that shows it off.
Vacant homes photograph smaller and colder than they are, and tenanted presentation is out of your control on shoot day. Virtual staging fixes both digitally — from $30 per photo, or from $280 for a whole vacant home — a fraction of the $2,000+ physical staging costs in Auckland.

Professional media is usually the biggest controllable cost: photography, floor plan, and — where the property justifies it — video and dusk photography. Most Auckland vendors budget around 0.5–1% of the expected sale price for total marketing. The quote above covers the media portion exactly; the result screen also shows the other costs to expect, from listing platforms to staging.
